If you are experiencing any closed caption related issues you can call, fax or email your concern to WBPH. Most closed caption issues are relatively simple to remedy and our staff will assist in whatever way possible.

Upon receipt of your message we will immediately review your concern and respond in a timely manner. If station personnel are not readily available, such as after hours, we will respond to your concern within 24 hours.
